Coopération Humanitaire Luxembourg

CHL is a non- profit earning organization created in 1996 by François Prum together with a group of friends who all continue to  support voluntary the organization. In 1997 « CHL » obtained the status of a non-government-organization (NGO) granted by the Ministry of Cooperation of Luxembourg (MAE).

In 2009 CHL concluded on a partnership with Caméléon after which CHL put forward to the Ministery of Cooperation (MAE) a project for the three year cofinancing of Caméléon Philippines activities. This program covers a large part of the expenses incurred by the Passi Homes as well as those of the Dormitory in Iloilo.

The programs and the budgets are permanently followed by Ivana Tosic, a young Cooperation member hired by CHL at this post.

2010 has been marked by the strengthening of the CHL/Caméléon partnership and the visit of Mr. Prum in Passi City.
