Chameleon Association Inc. is a part of the network of governmental and non-governmental organizations composed of:

1. Department of Social Welfare & Development (DSWD) / Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) Equivalent of the Ministry of Social Affairs. It helps identify our future beneficiaries, foster families, legal support and offers a technical assistance to our social workers.
2. Philippine National Police (PNP) Responsible for the safety of the centers and of the girls. Offers help and support with legal procedures. Participates in the program of childrens rights protection.
3. ABSNET (Area-based Standard Network) Network of NGOs located on Panay island. Supports the programs.
4. Department of Education (DEP ED) Provides quality education, moral support and assistance regarding child education
5. National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Runs statistics and other evaluations, and also assists in the promotion of children’s rights.
6. Local Government Unit (LGU) Provides assistance in terms of counseling for the families, income generating projects, and facilitates reintegration of the girls in their social environment.
7. Iloilo State College of Fisheries (ISCOF) Provides assistance in terms of education and of continuing practice (agriculture, breeding, secretary, computer science)
8. Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Provides semi-professional training for the parents (sewing, mechanics, cuisine)
9. Department of Agriculture (DA) Provides technical assistance in the field of agriculture.
10. Religious organizations Provide spiritual support and training focusing on personal development.
11. Passi City The city donated the land where the 2 care centers are built; provides many services free of charge.
12. Iloilo City The mayor and his wife facilitate all our administrative steps
13. UGSAD, the Regional Gender Resource Center Resource Center for the equality between men and women
14. TSKI – Taytay sa Kauswagan Micro-credit Agency which we use to help our families to start up small lucrative activities.
15. UP (University of the Philippines) in Visayas region Conseil, envoi d’étudiants stagiaires, audits.
