SPONSOR A CHILD

SPONSOR A CHILD

Article 7 of the Declaration of Child Rights (UN, November 1959): “Every child has the right to an education”

To sponsor… means offering better prospects for abandoned or neglected children

Sponsorship is a long-term commitment. Children of today are the adults of tomorrow. This idea is essential for describing our ultimate goal: empowering our children to be the engines of development of their own country. This is the reason why sponsorship is a long-lasting commitment. Becoming a responsible man or woman is at the end of a long road of learning.

Two different sponsorships

  • sponsor a girl from the rehabilitation program: they are between 7 and 20 years old and are referred by the social services. They are sponsored by 2 or 3 persons until they finished their studies.
  • sponsor a child from the community development program: they are between 13 to 21 years old. They come from extremely poor families and have excellent grades. They are sponsored by 1 person until they finished their studies.

I sponsor a child!
