The CAMELEON network
CAMELEON France association manages and coordinates an international network of CAMELEON antennas and relays.
CAMELEON’s branches are associations that bear its name, represent it in their country to institutional and economic decision-makers, the general public and the media and help to collect funds and donations to ensure the implementation and sustainability of the actions carried out in the field by CAMELEON Philippines. CAMELEON France now has two branches: CAMELEON Switzerland and CAMELEON Philippines.
CAMELEON also relies on partner organizations which are its international relays and help to provide financial support to its programs:

The CAMELEON international committee
Once a year the presidents of CAMELEON France, CAMELEON Philippines, CAMELEON Switzerland and Coopération Humanitaire Luxembourg (CHL) have a meeting.
CAMELEON France has established a partnership with
Coopération Humanitaire Luxembourg (CHL).
CHL is a non-profit association created in 1996.
Since 1997, it has the status of Non-Governmental Organization (ONGD) granted by the Luxembourg Ministry of Cooperation, Department of Development Cooperation, under article 7 of the law of January 6, 1996.
Donations to the ONGD-Coopération Humanitaire Luxembourg
for CAMELEON Philippines are tax deductible.
CAMELEON FRANCE
Our legal status
CAMELEON is a non-profit organization recognized as a charitable organization, therefore is authorized to receive donations. If you are liable for income tax, you can deduct from your tax:
- 75% of the amount of your donation up to € 1,000,
- 66% of the amount of your donation above € 1,000,
within the limit of 20% of your taxable income, any surplus can be carried over over the next 5 years (CGI art. 200 ; BOFiP-IR-RICI-250-12/09/2012).
A donation of € 30 will therefore cost you, in the end, only € 7.5.
Our actions
CAMELEON France is responsible for:
- Fundraising
- Finding sponsors
- Recruitment and training of volunteers (volunteers and interns)
- The organization of events contributing to the visibility of CAMELEON
- Communication from the association to its external audiences
- Monitoring of other antennas
- Prevention in schools and extracurriculars: children’s rights, international solidarity, civic engagement
- Raising awareness of parents and professionals
- Awakening of awareness among the general public on sexual violence
- International advocacy with institutions and leaders

Volunteers
CAMELEON France also relies on a team of around forty regular volunteers who support the development of its actions (community life, sale of crafts, local partnerships, relations with schools, events, translation, etc.). To these are added around thirty one-off volunteers who mobilize during events organized by the association.
