Deliveries and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are usually shipped within 72 hours following your payment. The preferred shipping method is La Lettre Verte (Standard service to send letters and small objects of maximum 3 cm thickness). When conditions are not met (format/weight), shipping method is Colissimo Suivi (Postage service priced according to the weight, for all packages under 30 kg). 

Your pack return

The package can be returned within a period of 7 days, without justification and without penalties. Return products can either be replaced or refunded, according to your choice. However, expenses of return to your load.

Our delivery rates

We deliver to metropolitan France and Corsica. For a shipment abroad or in the French Overseas Departments And Territories, or weighting more than 30 kg, please contact us. 

• Package of less than 1 kg : 8 euros
• 1 to 5 kg : 15 euros
• 5 to 30 kg : 25 euros
• More than  30 kg : please contact us

Terms of sale

These terms and conditions aim to define contractual relations between CAMELEON and the buyer and the applicable conditions to any purchase made through the solidary online store  of CAMELEON, may the buyer be professional or a consumer.

Acquisition of a good through this website implies the full acceptance by the buyer of the current conditions.

Features of the proposed products

The offered products are the ones appearing in the catalogue published on CAMELEON website. Those products are offered within the limits of available stock.
The pictures in the catalogue are as accurate as possible but cannot guaranty a full similarity with the offered product, in particular with the colors.

Prices
The prices shown in the catalogue are including VAT in euros but correspond to prices excluding VAT after the VAT exemption pursuant to article 207 of the General Tax Code.
CAMELEON reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, being however understood that the prices that appear in the catalog in the daytime of order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The indicated prices do not include fees for transport and delivery.

Orders
The buyer who wished to buy a product or a service must:
– fill in the identification sheet in which he will indicate all the requested contact details or give his client number if he has one;
– fill in the order form by giving all the references of the chosen products or services;
– validate his order after checking it;
– make the payment within the conditions provided;
– confirm his order and his payment.

Confirming the order entails the complete acceptance of these terms and conditions,  the recognition to have completed its knowledge and the renunciation to take advantage of its own conditions of purchase or of any other conditions.
The collected datas in their entirety and the stored confirmation consist of a proof of the business transaction. The confirmation is worth a signature and implies the agreement to the business transaction made.

The vendor will receive via email the confirmation of the recorded order.

Payment

Payment can be made:

• By cheque
• By bank transfer

Retraction

The buyers benefit from a legal delay of retraction of seven days as from the delivery of the order to return the product to the vendor for exchange or repayment without penalty, except the return shipping charges.
